We started our journey as landlords. We self-managed our properties as we could not find any viable property management solutions which allowed us to maintain adequate control of our business process. It didn't make sense to us that the cost of property management was charged as a percentage of gross rents (typically as high as 10%). Does a higher rent amount require more work of the property manager ? If not, then why is more being charged?
Our goal is to use economies of scale to offer our landlords access to our powerful property management solutions (currently not available on the open market in a financially feasible way). We hate contracts and want to provide high quality property management solutions at a very affordable flat rate with no contracts.
Our revenue model strongly depends on our unique ability to source landlords and tenants rental prospects faster and more efficiently than our competition. Currently we are the exclusive leasing agents of some of the largest property owners in our area. With more then 500 units in our potential inventory database and more being added on a daily basis, prospective tenants have quickly recognized as the "go to source " further housing needs. Our goal is to simplify the property management and rental process to achieve greatest possible efficiency in our sector.
In 2021 we released our PadOwl Property management solutions BETA , since our soft launch we have seen tremendous interest and customer growth. As we grow our effort we will continue to strive towards offering even more value to our customers.
